It was my first time buying at Shaheen Chevrolet, Althought you didn't have the truck in stock that I purchased, you did have a similar one that I was able to drive. Kevin Simpson was awesome bringing in the one I wanted. Devan Reed was amazing in the sale of my truck and buying of MY new truck. Also David Mendoza was spectacular in financing and explaining everything for my new truck. Awesome team from start to finish.

I would not recommend buying from here. We spent 20k on a vehicle from them. After driving it less than two months we take it in and there $3k worth of repairs and once the repair shop has the vehicle they call and say it’s going to be another $800 to fix because they can’t handle the job without destroying other pieces of my vehicle. These people are a scam. We have texted Ken who we bought the car from and he said he would get back never heard a response. The gentlemen at the auto shot recommend I call the manager. I left a message for the manager and have not heard back. This place has horrible customer service and horrible vehicles that have a laundry list of issues when you buy from them. I will never buy a car from them again or take it to their shop. They will sell you cars with vehicle maintenance lights on. Do not buy from here!!!!!!!

I have worked with Chris Paulik twice now and could not have had a better experience. The first time was when selling a vehicle and then buying a new one from family, and then the second time when having to buy another new vehicle after my previous one was totaled in an accident. Chris was never pushy and truly and was especially thorough in making sure he got me into a very safe vehicle as this was a big concern following the car accident. I was especially put at ease when Chris assured me that he would not sell me a car that he wouldn't sell to his own mother. In listening to all of the other sales people in my time at Shaheen Chevrolet, I did not get the vibe that anyone there was pushy or simply trying to make a sale to meet numbers. Every person I interacted with at Shaheen was genuine and honest. While I hope I don't have to buy a new car again quite so soon, I would absolutely go to Shaheen again. Forget every preconceived notion you have of used car sales people(I absolutely thought all people working in used cars were shady but Shaheen absolutely changed my mind on that), everyone at Shaheen is far from that.
