I recently purchased a brand-new Chevrolet Traverse Z71 from Shaheen Chevrolet. Unfortunately, my initial experience was less than ideal, as I felt ignored by the sales staff during my first visit. When I returned to take possession of the vehicle, I noticed a scratch on the front bumper that had not been there during my test drive the previous day. Jeff, a sales manager, incorrectly stated that the scratch came from the manufacturer. That said, Taegan Hoffman was the saving grace of the entire experience. His professionalism, transparency, and genuine dedication to customer service were outstanding. Taegan made me feel valued and supported throughout the process.
