A couple of weeks ago I purchased a Chevy Trax from Shaheen Chevrolet. Carl “Spence” Jr. was incredible to work with, not only did he go through all my questions and concerns as a first time car buyer, but was personally warm and made a stressful situation much less! I would highly recommend anyone to go to Spence.

We buy our cars at Shaheen because of the service that is provided. The salesman we had was Logan and he went over and above helping us with our purchase. When I couldn't make it into the showroom because of an injury I had, he delivered the car to us at our home that we were interested in. Logan even took our truck for a trade in appraisal. We didn't purchase the car at the time but about a week later we purchased another one. We had asked for a little bit more for the trade in and he delivered. We got the car for the price that we wanted to pay. We will always seek out Logan the next time we need to purchase a car.

In all the years we have been buying cars, Noe is the best salesperson we have ever worked with. From first greeting us in the car lot to the day we drove the car home he was very professional, patient and attentive to finding the exact car we were looking for, and even offering us other possible choices that may have interested us. When we got home we tried several times to program the garage door opener for the new car as well as our second car. Well, we managed to fail. Noe said to call if we had problems with anything. The next day he was at our house and within minutes both cars were connected to the new program for the garage door. He also spent a bit of time answering some questions about the Bluetooth and connections with my hearing aids. Thank you Noe for making our car buying experience easy and excellent 😊

Wil Mills was the best! It has taken a while to get my husband to finally get a newer (2021 Colorado) Wil and all other staff were very nice and professional. My family has dealt with Shaheen for many years with no problems.
