I worked with Sam, who made my decision on purchasing a 2020 Equinox very easy. He was patient, answered all of my questions and never pressured in order to complete a sale. I first found the Shaheen of Lansing Dealership by searching for a new car online. I am from the Grand Blanc area and after seeing their listing for one of their cars, I decided to call make a trip out there. It was, by far, the best decision! Their customer service was unlike any other dealership I've ever been to. From the moment I showed up they made me feel like a priority and had the car up front and ready for me to look at/ test drive. I worked with Roger who went above and beyond to make sure that everything went smoothly. On the financial side, I worked with Trae who was so kind and definitely had my best interest in mind when qualifying me for loans.
