My husband is retiring after 45 years of being a top~notch auto tech. So we decided to buy him a newer truck, but could not find any dealer to work to suit our needs. Then a waitress told us to go to Shaheen, we had already been to at least six car lots and didn't really get treated very well. Then came Roger Hicks, and Mike. We were treated better than fine Gold and they took excellent care of us beyond what we could take in. "Felt much Family Love there" Some of the nicest Men& Women in Michigan. My heart is still full and I could not quit smiling. Thanks Roger, Mike and sweet Nicole. I know God is smiling too for your kindness and concern for people. Got a beautiful truck too. 💕☀️

My husband just purchased a new vehicle for me yesterday. Brent met us on the lot, and answered any questions we had. He let us take it for a test drive, and we decided that the 2021 Chevy Trax was the right vehicle for me. He helped us get the ball rolling, and financing went smoothly. I can't thank you guys enough for the no sales pressure, and helping us feel relaxed instead of overwhelmed. I had a few not so great experiences at other dealers. I will definitely be telling people about Shaheen, and be back for our vehicle needs in the future.

Terrible, we had our Suburban fixed, went to pick it up, they had to jumpstart the vehicle, the service man and manager stated, “Oh is fine just drive it home and leave it run for a while!” So we did. The next day we could not start the vehicle, tried to jumpstart, not working. Changed the battery still not working had a mechanic come out to look at it and the battery harness had a short/crack in one of the metal plates, had to replace the harness. Shaheen should do a better job at looking at problems and identifying them when cars are in the shop. Thanks

Shaheen Chevrolet was amazing! From meeting our expectations on the vehicle we wanted to ensuring we understood every step in the process. There is a reason the greater Lansing area is lucky to have Shaheen in the neighborhood—quality customer service. Our sales consultant, Aaron C., was awesome to work with.
