This dealership is easily the best dealership in the Lansing area. The staff here were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable!!! They helped me out of an unpleasant situation and set me up with a reliable vehicle to drive. Griffin, worked hard to figure out a solution for me and made sure I chose the best vehicle for my financial situation and lifestyle. The GM and other administration team members also heard about my unpleasant situation with another dealer and were extremely helpful.

I had a lease that was a couple months out from being done and I was ready to get into something new. The salesman I worked with at Shaheen, Ben Behnke, helped make this process easy for me. I didn't feel pressured and he was patient with me as I opted to check out other brands for comparison. I felt as though my business was truly appreciated when I made my decision to move forward with a Chevy. The dealership is very nice and everybody I came into contact with was very nice. I will definitely work with Shaheen again.

My daughter who lives in Texas came home for a visit and to explore her options of car ownership. Christopher Paulik was the only salesman in the Greater Lansing Area to take the time to help her. We were so impressed with his customer service and attention to detail. My daughter took the plunge and purchased her new Chevy Blazer here in Michigan! Christopher was fantastic and helped make arrangements to have it sent to her home in Texas! It was shipped on Monday and she received it on Wednesday! To make this experience even better, I also walked away with my dream Jeep Rubicon! I had mentioned we were Jeep lovers and already owned one. He took the time to show me an amazing vehicle that I instantly knew I needed in my life. He was amazing to work with and hands down the best car-buying experience I have ever had!
