We came to Shaheen Cadillac to look for an affordable used Cadillac. As we were looking at a car, a salesman approached to ask if we needed assistance. After a couple of minutes, we realized he was the Cadillac salesman that we purchased an Escalade and a Hummer from years ago at a different dealership. Once we realized, we didn’t need to talk to anyone else. He is very professional and the ultimate wealth of knowledge for Cadillacs just as he was a few years ago! The process of buying any new vehicle can be cumbersome but Cory made the process easier and pleasurable. He is definitely a five-star in our opinion and when/if we need another Cadillac, he will be our go-to salesman.

I needed an oil change, other basic maintenance things and a smaller repair. The process ended up taking a few hours longer than I had anticipated but the people there were kind and helpful and they did end up making things right. Just bought a new 2025 Chevy Silverado from them and it’s been great. The sales guy Zach was very patient and worked with me on every detail and wasn’t trying to rush me out the door just to get a sale. Been at this dealer many times for random things and never had a problem here!
