Micah was awesome; however I would have preferred to not have to wait in my vehicle when being serviced. And in doing so, I found it very unprofessional to have to listen to vulgar language by your team while waiting in my vehicle. That’s not the place when you have customers within earshot.

Devan Reed is Exceptional ‼️ Quality customer service, attentive and so personable, is everything Devan represents. What a great experience for me ( I hated car dealerships from poor past experiences). Chris the finance guru is great as well. I purchased a 2018 Chevy Traverse, Certified Pre Owned, from Shaheen Chevrolet on March 1, 2021. My sales representative was John Korrey. John was very knowledgeable about all of their used vehicles. He was very friendly and helpful explaining their vehicles and answering questions, while standing back and no pressure sales tactics. All-in-all it was a very good experience looking for a used vehicle. I would recommend Shaheen for anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. If looking for a used vehicle I would definitely recommend contacting John Korrey for advice and assistance.
