On my recent service visit, here's what happened. My advisor was Jason Jones. He listened intently to what I was there for. He asked questions when he didn’t fully ascertain what the problem was. From that point, the car was taken. I received a shuttle ride back home, received texts as to what the status was or if they required more information on what the issue was and then when it was completed, brought my car back to my home. It was a smooth process. I have purchased 5 vehicles from Shaheen’s over 2 decades. From their sales personnel, to financing, oil changes and service department, I have never had any complaints.
