Shaheen dealership experience was great. We drove from Brighton to Lansing because their used car inventory is so large and honestly superior to anything in the Detroit area. Our salesperson, Jordan Schmaltz, was fantastic. He was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Highly recommended.

I had scheduled 7:00 am oil change. Ended up at 1st up, 2nd bay. First thing I noticed was all employees inside were in proper work stations (very impressive)! 2nd thing I noticed is the garage doors opened precisely at 7:00 am. The building and bays were vey clean. My encounter with my oil change rep. explained all aspects of steps thoroughly, and professionally. The payment went smoothly and quickly. Only concern I feel I must share is the cost. I’m thankful for the coupons that are sent to me.

Everyone at the dealership was wonderful. Logan has been incredibly helpful and really wonderful to work with. Chris I believe is who we worked with in finance and he was very nice and very helpful as well. Everything went so easily and smoothly.

Not only did they make sure that my car was in excellent shape upon repair but I was also able to drop the car off a bit after closing time. I felt horrible for not realizing their hours but Adam reassured me that everything was fine. He so graciously took care of me from the beginning. Adam took the time to explain and break down what was being done to my vehicle and also answered my other questions. He made sure I walked away feeling acknowledged. Highly recommend this dealership to everyone I know.
