Last night I had the pleasure to meet and work with the Shaheen Family in Lansing. I had been looking for a specific truck throughout the country. I found one on their website. Filled out Credit app. Chris Wilfong gave me a call and we worked through the process over the phone and through text. Upon arrival, Chris met me at the door. Introduced me to Sales-Manager, Tad Tuckerman and l was off for a test drive. When I got back, we went over paperwork with Mark and Tad. Headed back to financing with Jim Himebaugh. We joked, we laughed, swapped stories. Everyone was easy to talk to and answered all my questions. The office was clean and organized. More importantly to me, the truck was super clean.
