I had a great experience from start to finish. I like that Cody listened to what I wanted and did sell me hopes and dreams. Great to talk to in between endless waiting plus my daughter got the smell good popcorn according to her. I’m very please with my new 2025 Black Equinox and if I had to do it all over again I would definitely with Cody of course =).

Last night I had the pleasure to meet and work with the Shaheen Family in Lansing. I had been looking for a specific truck throughout the country. I found one on their website. Filled out Credit app. Chris Wilfong gave me a call and we worked through the process over the phone and through text. Upon arrival, Chris met me at the door. Introduced me to Sales-Manager, Tad Tuckerman and l was off for a test drive. When I got back, we went over paperwork with Mark and Tad. Headed back to financing with Jim Himebaugh. We joked, we laughed, swapped stories. Everyone was easy to talk to and answered all my questions. The office was clean and organized. More importantly to me, the truck was super clean. I had a lease that was a couple months out from being done and I was ready to get into something new. The salesman I worked with at Shaheen, Ben Behnke, helped make this process easy for me. I didn't feel pressured and he was patient with me as I opted to check out other brands for comparison. I felt as though my business was truly appreciated when I made my decision to move forward with a Chevy. The dealership is very nice and everybody I came into contact with was very nice. I will definitely work with Shaheen again.
