I've bought 2 cars from Shaheen and Ken Vanderford was amazing both times! The certified pre-owned 2020 Malibu I got in November has been a great car and he made the buying process incredibly easy. I chose it the Saturday after Thanksgiving and while he tried his hardest to get me financed the same day, the holiday made that undoable. Even so, he got all of my paperwork in order and the signing process flew by! The car came with new tires, but I still opted into the tire and wheel protection and used it this morning. Their service team is amazing too! They had me in and out in under an hour to fix a hole. I'll be back for my next car :)

I've leased multiple cars from Shaheen in the past and have always had a great experience. This year's was no different. Doug, my salesman, is a great guy. He's knowledgeable and helpful and tried to do as much of the paperwork before I actually picked up the car as possible. He was very patient and showed me all of the options that would impact my payment so I had the information I needed to make a decision. I ended up with exactly what I wanted and Doug made that happen. I look forward to working with him and Shaheen again in the future.

When I got out of my car, I was immediately greeted by Erick Pardo, which made me feel welcomed right away. He was extremely kind, professional, and never once rushed me through the process of finding the perfect car. Erick took his time to listen to what I was looking for and even gave me helpful advice based on the features I wanted. He was very informative, explaining every detail about the car I ended up choosing in a clear and understanding way. What really stood out was how patient and genuine he was and how he truly cared about making sure I was comfortable and confident in my decision, rather than just trying to make a sale. The entire experience felt stress-free, and I left feeling like I made the right choice thanks to his guidance. This car was the second my family has purchased from Shaheen and we returned to the dealership specifically because our previous experience was excellent. This time was no different. Keith Walters was a wonderful sales associate: knowledgeable, patient, kind, and attentive to what we were looking for in a vehicle. He went above and beyond, and past closing time, to assist us, and we are thrilled with our car. Ryan Faber was a huge help when we handled financing and the details of our contract, also staying past closing time to assist us and taking the time to make sure we understood the details.
