John Korrey at Shaheen Chevrolet is someone you would invite to your family BBQ. That's what I kept thinking, as he went above and beyond to ensure I could drive my new car home. He and the team worked late to make sure every detail was covered. I left the house that day hoping I would find the car I'd been looking for, and I returned home that evening in the car I wanted. We have some brisket and taters with your name on it!

Very professional and friendly, gave me a ride to work while the work was being done, and very thorough in explaining what was anticipated and what was done. We've taken vehicles to Shaheen Chevrolet of Lansing for service for over 10 years. They've always treated us well, are competitive on pricing, and stand behind their work. We've had service done at a handful of other dealerships and Shaheen is consistently the best. Most recently, we opted to purchase from Shaheen. A manufacturer repurchase left us in need of a vehicle and Zach Brendahl delivered. He was friendly and down to earth. It never felt like a sale at any point during the process, rather someone just genuinely interested in our story and helping us out. Super low pressure and incredibly accommodating from start to finish. Being able to text or email for quick things was a huge perk as well. Our expectations were exceeded in nearly every aspect. We need more sales people like Zach! When we're ready for our next vehicle, we know exactly who to call.
