Shaheen did a great job. I had issues with a prior vehicle a few years back but the owner made sure I was taken care of and happy. This time, no issues, the vehicle was spotless, the salesperson, Lenny was overly accomodating to a wonderful extent and the vehicle is amazing!

Nate, the Assistant Service Manager, and Joe H. in Sales were both very professional and spoke to my daughter and me with kindness and respect. They took the time to explain everything in detail and went above and beyond to make sure we felt informed and comfortable throughout the process. They were also aware that we had not had a positive experience at another local dealership, and they made a strong effort to provide a much better experience. Based on the service and care we received, we will be transferring all of our sales and service business to Shaheen moving forward. Highly recommend!

The service advisor was friendly. My car was fixed within one business day. The text app feature for updates did not work well. I couldn’t get a response when I replied to the text. The only negative about the service was I also had the oil changed and there were specific instructions that the psi was to be left as is on my tires and the oil change techs did not pay attention to that note and my psi was changed. Also, the filters needed to be changed, I approved those via the text app and they were not changed. I was happy with the service I received.
