From that experience, I decided that if we ever needed a new vehicle, Shaheen would be at the top of our list. Fast forward to this past weekend, after a deer accident, we found ourselves needing to purchase a new vehicle. While my husband explored several other dealerships (with one possible option), we ultimately visited Shaheen, where we met Roger. We shared our budget and vehicle requirements, and we truly feel we received the best deal possible. Roger and his manager offered outstanding service. We felt completely confident in our purchase, there was absolutely no pressure, no attempt to upsell us to a more expensive model. They listened carefully to our needs and worked within our budget. Impressive experience—highly recommended!

Had the best experience with Lucus. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answered all my questions. He keep me positive on the truck I hoped to buy, someone else was looking at the same truck ahead of me. It worked out. He wore out a pair of shoes running back and forth between dealerships. He was dedicated in satisfying the end result. When I’m in need for another car I won’t hesitate to work with Lucus again. I just bought a Traverse from Jake here and I have to say it was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had ! To start, Troy one of the managers was fabulous. I was with my 81 year old father and he was all about my dad’s humor. All of the staff made you feel very welcomed and they all seemed to love working there. And that’s says a lot. Jake and Troy went above and beyond to help me find a car after I hit a deer and totaled mine. I highly recommend this dealership if you’re in need of a vehicle.

Dylan was absolutely wonderful! He made sure we understood the process and was very kind and honest throughout. As my first car buying experience, I have no complaints and would recommend! Also, Ryan deserves a new printer. He was very funny and straightforward, but his printer was holding on for life and deserves to be retired (and replaced).
