Just bought a new Malibu from Lenny Ezzo. He's very personable and his customer service is 2nd to no one. I will refer anyone looking for a new car to him. Funny side note; after leaving new my car with them to have leather seat covers installed, they gave me a loaner vehicle. The work was done a day early, which was great. In my way to return the loaner and pick up my car, there was a devastating fatal accident on I96. By the time I reached Shaheen, I was admittedly distracted and accidentally left my golf clubs in the loaner car's trunk. I didn't realize this until the next Sunday as I was preparing for Monday nights indoor golf league. I texted Lenny thinking I would not hear from him until Monday. He responded immediately, and said he would alert Jason Cords (GM?). When I called Jason Monday morning, he had my clubs in his office. I will forever be grateful and am committed to buying only from Shaheen from now on. THANK YOU LENNY AND JASON!

This was my first time buying a brand new vehicle. I shopped around at different places, but I received the best service at Shaheen. I don't like being hounded, especially when you are making a major decision like this you need time and space to think about it. My choice was easy! I came back within a day because I was not getting pushy phone calls, had all my questions answered, and was made to feel comfortable and confident with my purchase. Love my new '24 Chevy Traverse! Michael Hernly was fantastic and helped us get the vehicle as soon as possible. He was super knowledgeable and answered all of our questions patiently. Best looking car in the Costco parking lot!

I had recently been in a bad car accident and fortunately I made it out safe but the car was a total loss. Looking for another vehicle after purchasing my vehicle less than two months before my accident as stressful. My husband and I have been searching for two days and the moment we met Zack Fouts changed my mood and anxiety. Not only did Zack make sure we got what we wanted but made sure we were comfortable the whole time. I have bad anxiety but Zach made us feel at home! BONUS: Zack made sure he put gas in it for us!
